Watson Genealogy; John and Ann Watson were born in Scotland, but were found in Cripplegate in the 1841 census with children David, William and Catherine.

Story of the Watsons from London in 1841 to Australia in 1853. William Watson, son of John and Ann Watson, was convicted of stealing a clock in 1849 and was sentenced to transportation to Australia. He made a new life for himself in Jennapullin, Western Australia. Family names: Watson - from Scotland and Middlesex, Coyne from Ireland, Maddock from Devon, Melbin from Liverpool. We invite relatives of these families to contribute to this ongoing research and submit corrections.
