Dear Sue, It was wonderful talking with your today.  Thank you for offering us your own kitten. You are a 'sweetheart'.
A little more information on our family.  We are Canadians who have lived in the San Francisco area for the past six years.  We moved to Hong Kong last Fall as Eric ( husband), who is an engineer installing light rail train systems here in China received a good offer.  We have three children, two are in University, in Boulder, Colorado, and a little daughter, Katya, who is 5 in September.
We have owned a chocolate lab. Dog  for the past decade, but had to send her to live with my parents in Canada when Katya was born as the poor little girl was horrible jealous.
She had been Queen of the house for so many years and the baby did not agree with her.
We live in a 1188 sq.ft. apartment on an island outside of Hong Kong where a lot of Expats live.  We have a south facing view as seen by ceiling to floor windows-- we look out onto the South China Sea. Pippa, cat, loves her cat tree positioned in front of these windows where she surveys the world, particularly loving the butterflies, birds and insects she sees.
We thing of animals as family members and will treat any animal as we would a human family member.  Sky the limit with food, health care and affection.
We will be committed to our ca--kid for his or her lifecycle.
Thank you so much,
Drea, Hong Kong. 21/6/03

Dear Sue,
Thank you so much for the wonderful pictures, advice and other information.  You can certainly tell that you know what you are doing, we feel completely confident in this purchase. Thank you for giving me the name of the woman in Hong Kong with two of your babies, I will contact her soon.
We are over the moon about our little female and are trying to think of a name, but not quite decided yet.
The pictures of the kittens with the Dalmatian are hilarious.  I am sure there is money out there for such pics!!
Thank you again for your kindness and understanding of our situation.  Your little 'cat-woman' will be a very happy little girl in our home.
Sincerely,
Drea.  Hong Kong.  22/6/03

We are so happy Sue, thank you so very much for offering your own kitten to us.  You have saved me untold grief and worry at the thought of leaving Pippa (cat), alone all day and cannot wait to pour our affection onto our new baby girl.
I read each one of your testimonial pages, and it is amazing how many happy people you have created around the world.  You get a huge sense  of the love they have for their cat-kids,  there really are a lot of people who feel the same way as we do about animals and it makes me very happy.  I had just read a couple before contacting you, the woman in Tokyo and the sweet little kids with their Burmese; I was really sad to learn about the poor woman who had lost her male.  Be sure that our cats will never leave the apartment except to go to the Vet.  I would loathe to lose a cat here, the image of where they may have gone would haunt me forever.
Thank you Sue,
Drea, 26/6/03

Dear Sue,
Well, we have had the most amazing day with our new baby girl, I have just looked up from our play and it is almost 6 p.m.  Our girl snuggled right in with Eric and I last night, is such a little love.  We did not get much sleep, but she was wonderful, playing with the toys we had bought her, purring--loudly and having lots of fun. Her favourite toy is the foil ball and the mouse on a fishing pole.  It's almost like she has always been here.
She is everything that is most wonderful about kittens, curious, sweet, loving,  mischievous and all around darling.  The colour of her café au lait coat is gorgeous, she is on my lap as I type this. Love how she grinds her head into you, seemingly waiting more and more pats and affection.
'DogTainers' should be commended, everything this side went without a hitch, we had to wait one hour after she landed to retrieve her, but all paper work was in exact order and she was released without trouble of any sort.
Thank you very much Sue for giving us this ray of sunshine, she is amazing and perfect in every way.
Sincerely,
Drea, Hong Kong. 11/7/03
