  • Drink at least 8 glasses of clean water daily.
  • Reduce table salt in your diet. Use vegetable seasonings, sea salt or herbs.
  • If you like grains and do not have insulin resistance or diabetes eat brown rice, millet and oatmeal instead of wheat.
  • Reduce the consumption of simple carbohydrates and sugars.
  • Use organically grown produce and grains. Also buy meat and poultry from animals raised free of hormones and antibiotics.
  • Avoid fried food instead bake, steam or boil your food.
  • Reduce the intake of processed food.
  • Eat small meals daily and healthy snacks.
  • Make breakfast and lunch the largest meals of the day. Dinner should be light to help you loose weight and help you to sleep well.
  • Take chlorella tablets regularly to assist in the cleansing of your body from environmental chemicals and heavy metals.
  • Increase intake of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits.
  • Reduce the intake of read meat and chicken as chicken (breast is ok) has nearly as much cholesterol as red meat.

  • Skin brushing your entire body three times per week to activate the lymphatic system by increasing the flow of lymph to promote elimination of toxins from your body
