  • Low fat cheese (20g) and celery sticks.
  • 20g of dried fruits and mixed nuts.
  • 1 cup fresh fruit salad with ˝ cup low fat custard.
  • Low fat cottage cheese with low fat whole grain crackers.
  • Fresh vegetable juice.
  • Wholemeal crisp bread with slices of avocado topped with halved cherry tomatoes and onion rings.
