Health Bath Recipes Dedicated to Wholistic Healing
 

Bathing is more than a moment to clean the body. Some baths can be relaxing, healing and cleansing  at the same time. They assist in the drawing of toxins from the body. Follow a  partial list of the most common used baths for healing:

  • Hot and cold foot bath – It is used as a general tonic, help to speed up recovery and improve blood circulation.
  • Place both feet into the hot water for three minutes followed by one minute in the cold , and then repeat the process for three or four times. It should be done at least 3 times weekly.

  • Energizing bath – add 2 cups apple cider vinegar to a warm bath; soak for 15-20 m.
  • Detox bath – helps to draw toxins out from the skin.
  • Add 2 cups of Epson Salts and 1 tablespoon of sea salt to a warm bath; soak for 15- 20 min.

  • Relaxing bath – Helps to relax muscles and decreases pain.
  • Add 2 cups of Epson salts to a warm bath; soak for 15-20 min.

  • Anti radiation Bath – It is good followed airline flights or longs hours working at a computer.
  • Add 1 cup of sea salt, 1 cup of baking soda to warm bath; soak until the bath is cool.
