Bathing is more than a moment to clean the body. Some baths can be relaxing, healing and cleansing at the same time. They assist in the drawing of toxins from the body. Follow a partial list of the most common used baths for healing:
Place both feet into the hot water for three minutes followed by one minute in the cold , and then repeat the process for three or four times. It should be done at least 3 times weekly.
Add 2 cups of Epson Salts and 1 tablespoon of sea salt to a warm bath; soak for 15- 20 min.
Add 2 cups of Epson salts to a warm bath; soak for 15-20 min.
Add 1 cup of sea salt, 1 cup of baking soda to warm bath; soak until the bath is cool.
