The Beginning

Jarnee was established in 1986 when we purchased a stud dog Manor Hill Roley who carried the famous Roycroft bloodlines. In 1988 we purchased a bitch pup from Erica Wilkens of Malung Jack Russell Kennel's in Victoria, who was to become the basis of our bloodlines.	Jarnee J/R Just For Fun enjoying a cuddle!
This bitch was Au Ch Malung Skye Lark who was later mated to Au Ch Malung Laird of Joyreve, and this mating produced four pups of which we retained two, a male and female.
The male Au Ch Jarnee J/R Just Jock has been our main stud dog, however now that he is approaching the grand age of 15, he has retired from stud duties and remains a dear and loving companion. His sister Jarnee J/R Just Jessica who sadly is no longer with us, lived with my daughter and her family for many years as a much loved family member. To-day we have several of his daughters, including Au Ch Jarnee J/R Just Katy Jane and also Jarnee J/R Just Maybe, Jarnee J/R Miss Mandy and Jarnee J/R Just A Delight as well as granddaughter Jarnee J/R Just for Sure Jarnee J/R Just for Fun is also one of his daughters, who lives with my daughter and is shown by her two young daughters.
	We are a small kennel who strive to breed for temperament as well as confirmation. Our puppies are reared in a family environment on a farm.
