The association primarily represents music teachers practising in government
and non-government schools. The association meets at least annually.
The photograph is of a meeting held at Grafton in February 2004.

Since March 1990 the association has distributed a newsletter,
Ictoasa, several times each year, and recent issues are
included on this website. Copies of earlier issues can be requested.
