LATEST NEWS - 24/10/07

Welcome back to our website!!! After quite a long absence - due to my ineptitude with technology - I am now once again able to
regularly update the information. I will also have a "feature pic" updated when this page is updated. I wont offer any promises
of how often things will be updated but it will definitely be more often than before!!

Our stallions at stud pages have been updated with new information and some new photos of our boys. Of course the terrible
situation with EI has pretty much shut down our stallions to outside mares for this season. EI combined with what looks like
being another dry season has forced us to turn away some mares. Of course it hasn't stopped us covering our own so we are much
luckier than some.

All bar one of our foals for this year are now on the ground. Many of them are already listed on the "Sales" pages. Due to the
continuing drought we haven't as many foals as usual - but still plenty to keep us busy!!

The 2007 Foal Crop

Pure Crabbet Arabians

FENWICK BLAZING SUN a chestnut colt with plenty of white markings (a throwback to Shafreyn* his Great Grandsire perhaps??)
by Fenwick Phantom from Fenwick Briella.

FENWICK RAPHAEL a big solid grey colt by Fenwick Phantom from Fenwick Rhapsody.

FENWICK PHAEDRA a grey filly by Fenwick Phantom from Fenwick Paschana.

FENWICK BRILLIANT GOLD a chestnut filly by Fenwick Silver Spur from Fenwick Brilliance who is just gorgeous and
managed too sell herself at just a few days old. Silver Spur has produced such quality in his first few foals we are very
excited about his future as a sire.

Welsh Mountains

FENWICK PERCY a grey colt by Llanfairbryn Gareth from Booralie Presilla.

FENWICK CASEY JONES a chestnut colt by Mosman Park Sacher from Fenwick Carnival. These 2 colts have more front than Myers
and are absolutely hilarious together. Casey Jones is the first grandchild of Gareth that I have bred and I am thrilled
and very grateful to Carmel Brudenell of Pennylane Stud for allowing me to use her boy.

Shetlands

FENWICK ENVIOUS a chestnut skew filly by Fenwick Marcus from Fenwick Erin. Really nice filly and the only one I will have
for sale from this years crop.

FENWICK MARMALADE a red dun filly by Koolangatha Star Crest from Fenwick Marinka. With both her parents in their 20s and
her lovely colouring this one is a keeper.

FENWICK SUN UP a chestnut colt by Koolangatha Star Crest from Fenwick Dawn. This mating has been so good to me. At 28
"Crest" is still siring top babies.

FENWICK ORLANDO a piebald colt by Fenwick Whistle from Millbrae Odessa. Really nice colt who should show well.

FENWICK LYNFORD a chestnut skew colt by Fenwick Whistle from Fenwick Lynda. A real cutie with lovely markings.

FENWICK CURIOUS GEORGE a chestnut by Fenwick Whistle from Fenwick Georgey Girl. Another top foal from this mating.

Please check out our current sales lists. I am more than happy to hold onto horses until the EI situation settles down
(if applicable). All the foals will be available after weaning early in the New Year. At the time of writing I still
have my fingers and toes crossed that we get to cut at least some of our own. If we don't you may well see some bargains
in the New Year too!!!!
