2nd BEDROOM: two singles bed with linen, wool doonas & electric blankets.
BBQ & PATIO: lovely undercover area with full size BBQ , private & protected with high fences to while away the summer evenings with a good wine & a cheese platter if the children are asleep indoors!

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, NOMINATED DATES & SPECIAL EVENTS

BOOKINGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY IF DATES ARE RE-BOOKED FOR THE SAME PERIOD & SAME TARIFF. ANY COSTS INCURRED IN SECURING A SUBSEQUENT BOOKING + CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT PAID WITH ....NO EXCEPTIONS
