LAUNDRY: Automatic washing machine & tumble dryer plus laundry bowl accessed via the kitchen.
Lounge
LOUNGE: Grouping of three large comfortable sofas with T.V. Video plus Sound System available in a spacious open plan lounge area......sliding doors allow access to outdoor BBQ area & patio furniture.
Bedrooms
MASTER BEDROOM: Upstairs offers Queen size bed with private ensuite...shower vanity & toilet. All linen, doonas & towels are provided for your use.

2nd BEDROOM: Queen size bed with share bathroom, again all linen, doona & towels provided for your use. Beach towels you must provide.
3rd BEDROOM: Twin beds occupy the tird bedroom & they also have linen, doona & towels supplied.
Bathrooms
2nd BATHROOM: Full size bath plus vanity & toilet in the second bathroom...towels & bathmats provided.
Dining Area
DINING AREA: Table & chairs to seat six in the dining area with close proximity to outdoor BBQ area offering a full size BBQ and further tables & chairs.
BBQ & Outdoors
BBQ AREA OUTDOORS:Full size BBQ plus patio table & chairs outside the loungs/dining room make for easy summer's night dinners.
Cancellation Policy


CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS, EASTER, LONG W/ENDS,
PUB HOLIDAYS, NOMINATED DATES & SPECIAL EVENTS

BOOKINGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY IF DATES ARE RE-BOOKED FOR THE SAME PERIOD & SAME TARIFF. ANY COSTS INCURRED IN SECURING A SUBSEQUENT BOOKING + CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT PAID WITH ....NO EXCEPTIONS

$30.00 Booking fee charged on ALL regular booking cancellations

***Cancellation within 21 days of booked date will be charged IN FULL whilst every effort will be made to re-let the booking ONLY the re-let portion will be refunded(minus cancellation fee)
