MASTER BEDROOM ENSUITE: offers a huge personal dressing room which opens into a delightful bathroom with double spa (for two persons) seperate shower recess plus vanity & toilet.....pristine brand new & unmarked!!

SECOND BATHROOM: which is shared by the second & third bedrooms has both seperate shower & single person bath with vanity & toilet.

THIRD TOILET: privately accomodated in the hallway.

LAUNDRY & DRYER: spacious modern laundry with both family washing machine & tumble dryer.
Lounge
LOUNGE: two very large comfortable sofas & dining table for six occupy a very small area in this wonderful lounge room which offers million dollar views across Western Port bay & along the Cowes foreshore to French Island. Sliding glass doors offer access to your sheltered deck for morning coffee, early lunch or late wine & cheese platter.
Kitchen
KITCHEN: for those who would wish for a kitchen...here it is...equipped with all you could need in your home away from home. ...although you are located in the hub of Cowes restaurant & take-away area you can make the choice to cook or not to cook! All crockery cutlery & utensils are provided, so to fridge/freezer oven bench plates microwave & small kitchen appliances.

Cancellation Policy


CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS, EASTER, LONG W/ENDS, PUB HOLIDAYS,
NOMINATED DATES & SPECIAL EVENTS

BOOKINGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY IF DATES ARE RE-BOOKED FOR THE SAME PERIOD & SAME TARIFF. ANY COSTS INCURRED IN SECURING A SUBSEQUENT BOOKING + CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT PAID WITH ....NO EXCEPTIONS
