A welcome message from the President

 Our group operates in a beautiful area of north central Victoria.  We straddle two water catchment management areas (North Central and Goulburn Broken) and two Shires (City of Greater Bendigo and Mitchell).

 The landholders in the group are keen and committed to protecting and enhancing their environment and to improving the sustainability of their agricultural enterprises.  By acting individually we are making a difference to the bigger picture.

 In recent years members of our group have been involved in the protection of waterways, revegetation of degraded areas, salinity control projects and protection of existing flora and fauna.  The control of pest plants and animals has also been a high priority for members.

 We meet at Tooborac in the lovely 1890’s hall and new faces are most welcome, so if you’ve been thinking about joining come along to the next meeting!  (For details of meeting dates click here)
